The technology of production of ecological fuel for diesel engines from the   renewable  sources − rape.

Biofuel characteristics:

  • biofuel oil is the mixture of  methyl ethers  of higher fatty acids (more then 90% of the oil  are esters of  oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids);
  • biofuel oil is  viscous fluid  with light-yellow color;
  • biofuel oil is easily soluble in nonpolar and chlorinatedorganic solvents; 
  • biofuel oil is sparingly soluble in water

The advantages ofbiofuel production
·    the technology of diesel biofuel  production is continuous  and  completely automatic;
·    the technology is waste-free  and allows to produce  solid fuel, low-cost feed from the rape cake, technical soap, glycerol;
·    the technology of diesel biofuel  production is ecological (absence of the gaseous outliers, low quantity of  waste water);
·    the technology of diesel biofuel  production  is  material and resource-saving.
 
 New manufacture of methyl ethers of highest fatty acids is organized.  The capacity of manufacture is 5 thousand tones  of ethers of highest fatty acids and 100 thousand tones of  mixed diesel biofuel on the base of Joint-stock company "Grodno Azot", av.
