Purpose:
The concentrate is used for anticorrosive treatment of steel surfaces. It is also used to improve adhesion of applied varnish and paint coatings. The three-cation phosphating composition forms a modifying zinc phosphate coating on the steel surface.

 Safety requirements:
The concentrate is a hazardous substance. It is necessary to work in rubber gloves and eye protectors
Storage:

  • in specified by technical conditions closed container at the temperature not lower than 10 °C
  • the storage warranty period is 2 years from the production date

Advantages:

  • high quality anticorrosive properties of fine-crystalline zinc phosphate coating are obtained at low temperatures (30–35 °C)
  • decrease of the sludge formation   
  • cost reduction  
  • high stability of the concentrate during storage and phosphate treatment
  • improvement of the ecological compatibility of phosphate treatment due to the reduction of the amount of sludge
  • simplicity of equipment
  • technologies of the phosphating concentrate application for corrosion inhibition are material saving and resource saving

Implementation:
The concentrate has been tested at the Industrial Enterprise MTZ, corporation Atlant (Minsk) and at some other machine-building and instrument-making enterprises in Russia
