Current research activity, main achievements

Electroless and electrochemical deposition of metals, alloys and composition coatings “metal – dispersed phase” from aqueous solutions.
 
Elaborated technologies

 - the technology of thick film copper plating;
- the technology of sealing current conductors formation inside through holes in ceramics;
 - the technology  of deposition of copper or nickel films on radio engineering ceramics instead of  silver;
- the technology of electroplating of thick (up to 200-250 mµ) antifrictional coatings from Pb-Sn-Sb alloy on metal substrates;
- the technology of electrochemical deposition of heat-resistance, hard, wear-resistance  Ni-W or Ni-Mo alloys;
-  the technology of electrochemical deposition of composite coatings nickel – nanodispersed W (or Mo)  oxide with high wear resistance and improving corrosion resistance;
- the technology of deposition from aqueous solutions thin soldering organic films (OSP – organic surface protection) instead of Pb-Sn coatings;
- stable H2SO4-H2O2 etching solution for copper selective etching solution for teen on copper
