1972-1978 – junior researcher of the high temperature reaction department of the Belarusian State University;
1978-1983 – junior researcher of the high temperature reaction laboratory of the Research institute physical and Chemical Problems of the Belarusian State University;
1983-1991 - senior researcher of the high temperature reaction laboratory of the Research institute physical and Chemical Problems  of the Belarusian State University;
1991-to the present – leading researcher of the high temperature reaction laboratory of the Research institute physical and Chemical Problems  of the Belarusian State University;
 
Current research activity,  main achievements:

Nanochemistry and chemistry of the combustion of the heterogeneous condensed systems. 
The black and white developers for latent fingerprint visualization on wet, greasy and adhesive surfaces “DAKTI” and “DAKTI”, latent fingerprint powders, antifriction  and antiwear  additive “NIKMA”, magnetic sorbents for the purification of the waste water of the industrial enterprises, gas generating systems for the microbiological investigations.
