Since 1999 (with breaks) work in the Laboratory for chemistry of condensed systems, Research Institute for Physical Chemical Problems of the BSU as Junior researcher (1999–2001), Researcher (2001–2004), Senior researcher (2004–2012) and Leading researcher (since 2012)
2006-2007 Postdoctoralfellow, Prof. Horst Weller Group, Institute of Physical Chemistry, University of Hamburg, Germany.

Chemistry of azoles (triazoles, tetrazoles) and their coordination compounds.
Synthesis and chemistry of nanocrystals stabilized with organic ligands.
